ServeNow Releases New ServeManager Process Server Software

ServeNow recently released a new version of ServeManager, a web-based software for process servers. Looking to fulfill the needs of process servers when it comes to finances, case management, interacting with clients, and more, the new ServeManager has an online platform and mobile interface to help process servers run their businesses.
“In an industry that lacks tools for efficiency and accountability, ServeManager is an application that meets the needs of a process server when it comes to running their business,” ServeNow co-founder and Chief Technical Officer Trent Carlyle explained. “It also meets the needs of a high-volume law firm that needs immediate access to job statuses.”
The software was developed and designed with extensive input from members of the process serving industry, and new features are consistently being considered as additional feedback comes through.
Some ServeManager features include:

> Job sharing and collaboration options
> Improved usability and a clean new interface
> Improved mobile interface
> More control over collaboration and data sharing
> More affidavit options
ServeManager also has a mobile interface and can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, or internet-accessible device. Part of the benefit in the mobile app is the integration of GPS and tracking data that can be associated with attempts. This provides checks and balances in that the process server can assure both their client and the court that the service attempt occurred at that date and time.
