As we transition to a more automated billing process at Lawgical, longtime subscribers will notice some changes to how they’re billed.

Moving forward, each “product family” will be charged separately. For instance, if you’re a ServeNow, PInow and ServeManager subscriber, you’ll now see 3 separate charges to your card on file. The total amount will remain the same, but these charges should be much more clear than in the past.

Likewise, if there’s an issue with a card on file, you may have received an email regarding each product family that that card is on file for. If you want to use the same card for each product family, you only need to update the card once.
