Press Release
CivilMap, a legal support software provider, was decommissioned due to COVID-19 complications on October 30, 2020. In order to provide an alternative to their customers, CivilMap partnered with ServeManager, a product that is DCA compliant on top of being the top-rated and most-used process serving software.
Although CivilMap users were not required to make the switch, ServeManager provided benefits to make the transition as easy as possible including Zoom training and onboarding, a 14-day trial, and 2 free months after the trial. CivilMap users can contact ServeManager in order to make the switch.
“While we’re sad to see CivilMap go, we want to make the transition to ServeManager as seamless as possible. We’ve already brought on dozens of their former customers and can provide everything process servers need to run their business from mobile GPS data to customized affidavits. Reach out to our team and we will happily walk you through the transition process.” – Trent Carlyle, Co-Founder and CTO of ServeManager
For more information on switching to ServeManager, contact the ServeManager support team.
